About This Course
This course gives you everything you need to earn your Washington MAST permit quickly and confidently. You’ll learn Washington alcohol laws, proper ID checks, how alcohol affects customers, how to prevent over-service, and how to handle difficult situations to protect both yourself and your establishment from liability. You’ll also master key responsible-service techniques, including recognizing signs of intoxication, preventing disturbances and second-party sales, and safely refusing service when necessary.
Our MAST training includes six essential lessons delivered in a convenient, three-hour online format. You can log in and out anytime, learn at your own pace, and access dedicated customer support if you need help. At the end of the course, you’ll take a short final exam and need a score of 80% or higher to pass. Once completed, we automatically report your results to the Washington State Liquor and Cannabis Board, and your Class 12 or Class 13 MAST permit will be mailed to you—no extra steps required.
